  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Where a premises licence includes a condition that one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, they must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

   

  The premises is currently a Newsagents requesting an Off Licence,  Staff will be trained with regard to the Licensing Act 2003

   

  The prevention of crime and disorder

   

  The premises are covered by CCTV which is in a recordable format.

  All crimes within the premises will be reported to the police for public safety.

   

  Public Safety

   

  Adequate fire fighting equipment will be maintained within the premises.

  All fire exits will be kept clear

  Any spillages will be immediately cleaned

  Fire Risk assessment will be completed to satisfaction of Fire Service

   

  The prevention of public nuisance

   

  We have a good liason with local police and groups of youths are requested to leave the area.

  The staff will clean up any litter left outside the premises.

   

  The protection of children from harm

   

  Sign's will be prominantly displayed in the premises regarding the sale of tobacco and alcohol.

  We will operate a challenge 21 in relation to the sale of alcohol.
