ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIOND CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The prevention of crime and disorder
Any crimes committed within the premises will be reported to the police and staff will assist in any inverstigations.
Public safety
Health and safety standards will be maintained as required by national standards.
A Fire risk assessment will be in place in accordance with Cumbria Fire Service requirements.
The prevention of public nuisance
No noise nuisance will be caused by guests.
The protection of children from harm
No person under 18 years will be sold alcohol.
