ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
British Summer Time
In relation to the morning on which summer time begins, this condition shall have effect:
the substitution of references to three o’clock in the morning for references to two o’clock in the morning [ or one hour following the hour actually specified in the premises licence where the licence requires closure between 1am and 2am]
Public Entertainment
The Standard Conditions for Places of Public Entertainment adopted by this Council in 2002 are applicable to this licence and are attached.
The accommodation limit of the premises, including public, staff and performers shall not exceed:
Ground Floor - 560 persons
First Floor - 400 persons
CCTV
A tamper proof CCTV system shall be installed at the premises and shall be used to record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
The CCTV equipment shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days. These will be available for inspection by authorised officers of the council and any police officer.
Extension of licensable activities
On no more than 15 occasions per calendar year and following 10 working day's notice to be given to the police (or such lesser time as may be agreed with the police). the hour for the provision of licensable activities currently provided at the premises may be extended to such time as agreed with the police, the police having the power to veto any such application.
A written register will be maintained of these occasions by the premises licence holder, the Designated Premises Supervisor or their nominee.
General
Subject to below, no additional steps intended. All licensable activities/other variations sought will not give rise to any additional risks in view of strict controls in place in relation to (1) management and supervision of premises and (2) conduct of staff and customers.
Compulsory conditions relating to the sale of alcohol and provision of door supervisors in Sections 19 and 21 Licensing Act 2003.
