  Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  The prevention of crime and disorder

  CCTV will be provided for the interior of the premises.

  All crimes committed within the premises will be reported to the police

   

  Public Safety

  A suitable fire risk assessment will be completed to the satisfaction of Cumbria Fire Service.

  All fire exits will be kept clear at all times.

   

  The prevention of public nuisance

  Staff will ensure that no litter is left immediately outside the front of the premises.

  Signage will be displayed when spillages occur and these will be immediately cleaned up by staff.

   

  The protection of children from harm

  The premises policy will be 'Challenge 21' for all sales of alcohol.
