ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Alcohol will only be sold from the premises as part of a mobile delivery to an address outwith the premises. This delivery must include food.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
A tamper proof CCTV system is installed at the premises and shall be used to record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days.
All incidents involving crime and disorder will be reported at once to the Police. Staff will assist with all enquires.
Public Safety
Staff will ensure that the main door and fire exit are kept free from obstruction at all times. Any breakage or spillage will be cleaned up immediately.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
We will advise our customers to use litter bins. Our staff will tidy up outside in the vicinity of our premises at the end of each day.
Staff will try to keep noise down to a minimum.
Protection of Children from Harm
Any child under 16 years will not be allowed on the premises after midnight unless accompanied by an adult.
Anything we find suspicious will be reported to the Police.
Alcohol deliveries will be subject to the conditions of Challenge 21. At the time of ordering customers will be made aware of the need to provide proof of age such as a passport, photo driving licence or PASS approved card. This must be shown to the delivery driver if the person appears to be under 21 years of age.
