ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Retaining national standard conditions of public entertainment which generally cover the four objectives.
Public Entertainment
The Standard Conditions for Places of Public Entertainment adopted by this Council in 2002 are applicable to this licence and are attached.
The accommodation limit of the premises, including public, staff and performers shall not exceed:
Closely Seated Audiences 300 persons
Dancing And Cabaret Audiences Using Tables And Chairs 240 persons
Dancing Only, No Tables And Chairs 300 persons
The prevention of crime and disorder
Zero tolerence policy to drunkedness and drugs.
CCTV door entry scheme.
Close working relationship with local police.
All incidents of crime and disorder are logged and reported to the police.
Public safety
Health and safety risk assessment regularly updated.
Annual certification of fire alarms, security alarms, electrical, fire extinguishers etc.
The prevention of public nuisance
Notices requesting patrons leave quietly.
Additional patrols and checks are regularly carried out internally and externally.
Noise levels monitored.
The protection of children from harm
No gaming machines.
Club rule - no unaccompanied children permitted to be present under the age fourteen after 21.00 hours.
Non-smoking policy in food serving and preparation areas.
