The premises operate as a takeaway and delivery pizza outlet trading under the Papa Johns brand. The property is located within a commercial area and is primarily used for the preparation, cooking and sale of hot food for takeaway and delivery.
The premises comprise a ground floor customer service area including a serving counter and waiting space for customers and delivery drivers. To the rear of the premises is a kitchen area equipped with Pizza ovens, food preparation stations, refrigeration units, and storage facilities.
Ancillary areas include staff facilities and dry/cold storage.
There is limited/no seating available for customers with the business operating predominately as a takeaway and delivery service. Deliveries are carried out by employed drivers and third party delivery platforms.
The premises have a designated customer entrance at the front with clear visibility into the service area. Suitable safety and security measures are in place, including CCTV coverage, fire safety equipment and appropriate lighting.
The surrounding area is a mix of commercial and residential properties. The premises are designed and managed to minimise noise, disturbance and nuisance to nearby residents, particularly during late night hours.
