ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
We have carefully considered the risks and benefits associated with the variations applied for and do not believe that any additional measures are necessary to promote the licensing objectives. This is due to the fact that we have carried on entertainment at these premises for a number of years under the current licensing regime where no separate permission was required.
