ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The prevention of crime and disorder
A zero tolerance towards illegal drugs will be enforced at all times.
All incidents of crime and disorder will be reported to the police and will be maintained in an incident book.
If door staff are required they will be SIA approved and operate in accordance with SIA guidelines.
Public safety
A fire risk assessment has been completed and will be to the satisfaction of Cumbria Fire Servive.
All staff will receive training in Health & Safety issues.
All spillages will be immediately cleaned by staff.
Fire fighting equipment will be maintained in good working order.
The prevention of public nuisance
No noise nuisance will be caused by noise or vibration eminating from the premises.
All doors and windows will be kept closed during regulated entertainment with the exception on entry and egress and emergencies.
Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause a disturbance to local residents.
The protection of children from harm
A recognised proof of age scheme will be enforced.
Challenge 21 will be operated.
Soft drinks and non alcoholic drinks will be available.
