ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Embedded Conditions
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.
In this condition, permitted hours means those hours permitted by this licence.
The above restrictions do not prohibit:
(a) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises;
(b) during the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises unless the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel;
(c) during the first thirty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for consumption as ancillary to the meals;
(d) consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises;
(e) the ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the despatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered;
(f) the sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club;
(g) the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces;
(h) the taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or
(i) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by persons so supplied; or
(j) the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there for the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of liquor so supplied, if the liquor is supplied at the expense of their employer or of the person carrying on or in charge of the business on the premises.
Off Sales
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours.

() the sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty’s naval, military or air forces.
Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.
General
Additional training for all house managers on dealing with illegal activities and aggressive customers.
The licence holder and/or the designated premises supervisor or a person nominated by them shall actively participate and be a member of a Pubwatch scheme for the area within which the premises is located
Sensible drinking policy and training in place - restrictions on discounting and promotions, sale to under 18 and drunks.
Additional training on communicating with customers when service is refused for no proof of ID.
Additional training on communicating with customers when service is refused for drunkenness.
The prevention of crime and disorder
A CCTV system is installed at the premises and shall be used to record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
External lighting of car parks and walkways.
Additional training for all house managers on dealing with illegal activities and aggressive customers.
Sensible drinking policy and training in place.
Joining Pubwatch will permit the DPS to have up to the minute information on local issues and National Support, this will then forge better communications with Police.
Additional training on communicating with customers when service is refused for drunkenness.
Public safety
CCTV x 2 outside and 4 inside.
External lighting of car parks and walkways.
Installation of APS (Advance Protection System) to facilitate a quicker Police response and deter crime.
Family orientated business, which is reflected in the customer base.
Increased supervision of trading area by management, staff and glass collector's etc.
Sensible drinking policy and training in place.
To join Pub Watch will facilitate the exclusion of known troublemakers thus making the pub safer.
The prevention of public nuisance

The consumption of alcohol will not be permitted outside the premises after 2300hrs.
Notices will be displayed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly. .
Delivery and collection times not to be changed.
Regulated entertainment (excluding recorded music) to end at 2300hrs.
Sensible drinking policy and training in place.
Additional training on communicating with customers when service is refused for drunkenness.
Regulated entertainment will not take place outside of the premises.
External background music to be turned off at 2100hrs.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when live regulated entertainment is being provided, except in the event of an emergency or to allow customer access and egress.
The protection of children from harm
No children shall be permitted on the premises after 2100hrs.
Minimum age signage to be displayed on the AWP's.
An audited proof of age scheme to be in place.
Family orientated business.
Additional training on communicating with customers when service is refused for no proof of ID.
Children to be allowed in dining area only unless passing from one place to another.
