ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
The total number of persons allowed on the premises at any one time including members of the public, staff and performers shall not exceed:
Club XS (top floor) - 750 persons
Purple Lizard Lounge (centre floor) - 85 persons
Legends (centre floor) - 230 persons
Twisted Wheel (bottom floor) - 300 persons
Where more than one room comes within the scope of this Licence a movement of persons takes place between these rooms, and the appropriate limit must not be exceeded.
The prevention of crime and disorder

Door supervisors shall be provided at the premises door to such a number as the management of the premises consider are sufficient to control the entry of persons to the premises and for the keeping of order in the premises when they are used for licensable activity.

There shall be in place for the premises a written admissions policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. That policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years to produce a recognised proof of age card accredited under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS), a Citizens Card supported by the Home Office, a Photo Driving Licence, a Passport or Official HM Forces or EUID Card bearing photo and date of birth.

A notice or notices shall be displayed in and at the entrance to the premises where they can be clearly seen and read and shall indicate that it is unlawful for persons under 18 to purchase alcohol or for any person to purchase alcohol on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
Public safety

All exit doors and gates from premises or enclosure(s) surrounding it shall be capable of being opened by any person without the use of a key, card, code or other similar means and be kept free from all fastening devices when the premises are open to the public.
The exit doors to West Walls from the head of the Sallyport steps stairway, will only be secured by emergency release devices of the panic bar type.
Staff shall be suitably trained directing customers to leave via the designated route/routes in the action to taking the event of incident whilst evacuation is taking place, i.e. direct patrons to leave via the nearest suitable exit.
The prevention of public nuisance

The noise level from the premises whilst being used for public entertainment purposes, shall not cause nuisance to noise sensitive dwellings in the vicinity.
There shall be a disbursal policy in place to assist disbursal of clientele from the area in swift efficient and safe manner. Notices will be displayed at all exits from the premises in a place where they can be seen and easily read by the public, requiring customers to leave the premises and the area quietly.
The protection of children from harm
No person under the age of 18 years should be permitted on the premises when they are being used for the purposes of the supply of alcohol and/or the provision of regulated entertainment unless they are employees of the Premises Licence Holder employed at the premises or persons attending a pre-arranged function and are accompanied by a person of 18 years or over.
