ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The supply of alcohol under the premise licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
The premises is a well run resaurant and staff are trained in health and safety as well as sale of alcohol.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Any disorder or crimes found committed within the premises will be reported to the police. Staff will provide assistance when required.
Public safety
All staff are trained in health and safety and carry out safety rules daily.
A fir risk assessment will be completed to the satisfaction of Cumbria Fire Service.
The prevention of public nuisance
All windows and doors will be kept closed during regulated entertainment to prevent the escape of noise
The protection of children from harm
No person under 18 yrs will be served alcohol in the premises unless accompanied by an adult
