ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
The premises is a well run restaurant and staff are trained in health and safety as well as sale of alcohol.
The prevention of crime and disorder
Any disorder or crimes found committed within the premises will be reported to the police. Staff will provide assistance when required
Public safety
All staff are trained in health and safety and carry out safety rules daily.
A fire risk assessment will be completed to the satisfaction of Cumbria Fire Service
The prevention of public nuisance
Customers are not allowed to consume excessive amounts of alcohol to the extent that they cause a nuisance. All windows and doors will be kept closed during regulated entertainment to prevent the escape of noise
The protection of children from harm
No person under 18 yrs will be served alcohol in the premises unless accompanied by an adult (16-17 years)
