ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
All staff and management will be trained on all aspects of the Licensing Act 2003, especially the Licensing objectives below.
The prevention of crime and disorder
No irresponsible drinks promotions.
All members of staff concerned with the sale of alcohol to be trained with regard to the sale of alcohol and under 18s.
Any person who looks or appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked to provide identification that they are of the legal age to drink. The following are the only forms of identification acceptable:
- UK photocard driving licence
- Passport
- PASS Card
Public safety
Risk assessment at the club available for inspection.
A first aid box on the premises.
Fire fighting equipment shall be provided throughout the premises at suitable locations and be appropriate to the risk to comply with BS 5306 Part 8, Selection and Installation of Portable Fire Extinguishers.
Fire exits clearly signed.
Emergency lighting.
Smoke alarms on site.
Occupancy level of 250 people to include customers, staff and performers.
No drunk, unruly or disorderly people allowed access to the premises.
Emergency exits will remain unobstructed at all times.
Dress code policy.
The prevention of public nuisance
Calling taxis for customers to ensure they are moved off the premises quickly and quietly.
Nearest house is nearly two miles away, thus no problems for noise, light or vibration disturbance (no previous history of such).
The protection of children from harm
All staff and management concerned with the sale of alcohol to be trained with regard to the sale of alcohol to under 18s.
Premises are a user of the 'Prove It' Scheme.
No gaming machine/cigarette machines.
Dining area is designated no smoking area.
Children to leave premises 30 minutes prior to commencement of adult entertainment.
CRB checks on staff who have responsibility for Juniors' events/training/competitions etc.
