ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
CCTV is installed within the premises and will be maintained in good working order.
An intruder alarm has been installed within the premises
Any crimes committed within the premises will be reported to the police.
Public Safety
A Fire Risk assessment will be completed to the satisfaction of Cumbria Fire Service.
Regular fire drills and equipment checks will be completed.
All staff will be trained in fire evacuation proceedures.
All fire exits will be kept clear at all times.
Prevention of public nuisance
No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is being provided, except in the event of an emergency.
The licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises on every occasion the premises are used for regulated entertainment and shall take steps to reduce the level of the noise where it is likely to cause disturbance to local residents. A written record shall be made of those assessments in a log book kept for that purpose and shall include, the time and date of the checks, the person making them and the results including any remedial action.
Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the vicinity of the premises.
Members will be adised to leave the premises in an orderly fashion not causing a nuisance to neighbours.
Protection of children from harm
Any person under 16 yrs entering the premises must be accompanied by an adult member.
