ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Although not forming part of the operating schedule, the committee will enforce all aspects of the Club rules.
The Club constitution includes rules governing the conduct of members and their guests within and adjacent to the club premises.
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
We are happy to adopt the suggestions of the Police and other agencies to promote the same.
Public Safety
We already understand our obligations under the existing health and safety legislation and take our responsibilities seriously and have policies and practices in place to meet these obligations
We will comply with the requirements of the local Fire Service and carry out regular risk assessments as required.
We will comply with the general law as to the safety of persons entering upon the premises.
The maximum number of persons allowed on the prenmises including staff, performers and customers shall be:
Function Room - 230 persons
Bar - 120 persons
Prevention of Public Nuisance
We are committed to endeavouring to provide a facilty not only for the Rugby Club itself, but for the Parklands Estate community and have attached a copy letter to local councillors. We also propose to send a flyer around the Parklands Eststae inviting residents to make use of the facilities.
The outside speakers will be switched of at 2300 hours. All possible steps will be taken to avoid any noise nuisance by customers or staff and reasonable steps will be taken to recognise the rights of local residents and to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly.
The premises are fully double glazed. Live music amplification will be controlled at all times.
Protection of Children from Harm
We will at all times preserve the law and ensure that alcohol is not served to any people who are under 18 years of age. No unusual risks of harm to children.

There shall be displayed on the premises near the exit, a sign requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents by quietly leaving the premises and car park.
There will be a sign displayed outside the premises asking customers not to park on the roadside if the main car park is full and directing them to the overflow car park.
It will be a condition for people booking the function room for the organisor of any booked function to be responsible for the quiet dispersal of their guests from the car park at the end of the function.
