  Public Entertainment

   

  The Standard Conditions for Places of Public Entertainment adopted by this Council in 2002 are applicable to this licence and are attached.

   

  The accommodation limit of the premises, including public, staff and performers shall not exceed:

   

  120 persons - Closely seated Audiences

  150 persons - Dancing & Cabaret using tables and chairs

   

  On no more than ten occasions per year, the terminal hour may be extended until 0100 hrs.  Fourteen days notice to be given to Cumbria Constabulary in writing and a log of such events to be maintained.
