ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
I will comply with all the safety requirements of the police, fire and other authorities.
The prevention of crime and disorder
CD12
A tamper proof CCTV system shall be installed at the premises and shall be used to record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
My staff will co-operate fully with the police.
Public safety
Staff employed in my shop are all experienced.
PS73 - The electrical installation will be inspected and a satisfactory NICEIC (or equivalent) inspection report will be obtained.
PS74 - Any gas boiler, calorifier or other gas appliance will be tested on a regular basis and a satisfactory CORGI (or equivalent) inspection report will be obtained.
The exit from the shop will always be kept clear.
My staff will fully co-operate with Council officials.
The prevention of public nuisance
PPN13 - Where the premises provide food for consumption off the premises, the public area immediately surrounding the premises shall be cleared of waste food, food containers, wrapping etc. at the end of trading on each day. Such refuse shall be placed in a container designed for the storage and disposal of refuse and waste foods which shall be constructed, maintained and located so that access to it by vermin and unauthorised persons is prevented and arrangements shall be made for the regular lawful disposal of their contents.
All patrons will be required to leave the shop quietly.
PPN8 - Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause a disturbance to residents in the vicinity of the premises.
The protection of children from harm
No children under age 16 will be allowed in the shop after midnight unless accompanied by their parents.
Children under 16 years of age will not be allowed to play the Amusement With Prize (AWP) machines.
