ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
The Royal Oak is a village pub located in a rural setting on the West of Carlisle.
The premises licence holder is aware of the needs and requirements of local residents
Patrons of the premises will be made fully aware in matters concerning licensing objectives
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
All crimes occurring on the premises will be reported to the police and assistance will be given
The management will have a zero tolerance to the misuse of drugs
Drunken behaviour will not be tolerated on the premises
Public Safety
All escape routes and exits will be kept clear of obstructions.
All staff shall be instructed to ensure that they understand the fire precaution measures
A first aid kit will be kept on the premises and maintained
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
When regulated entertainment takes place all doors and windows will be kept closed to reduce noise.
The noise level from the premises shall not cause nuisance to noise sensative dwellings in the vicinity.
Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to disturb residents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
No person visiting the premises under 18yrs will be allowed unless accompanied by an adult.
