ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Every incident of crime and disorder in the premises will be reported to the police and staff will assist police in all police enquiries. Experienced staff will be employed during late hours
A tamper proof CCTV system shall be installed at the premises in liaison with and to the satisfaction of the Cumbria Police Licensing and Community Safety Officers and shall be used to record during all hours that a licensable activity takes place on the premises.
The CCTV equipment shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
The images recorded by the CCTV system shall be retained in unedited form for a period of not less than 31 days.All crimes committed within the premises will be reported to the Police and staff will assist in all Police enquires.
Public Safety
Staff will ensure door exit onto Botchergate is kept clear at all times. A suitable Risk Assessment will be completed to satisfaction of Cumbria Fire Service
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the Premises, or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the building. Refuse, such as bottles, will be disposed of from the premises at a time when it is not likely to cause disturbance to residents in the vicinity of the premises
The Protection of Children from Harm
After Midnight children under 16 years will not be allowed in the premises unless accompanied by an adult.
