• ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS

   

  Off Licence Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  The following conditions shall apply from 1st October 2010

   

  (1)               The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder shall ensure that an age verification policy applies to the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol.

   

  (2)               The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and a holographic mark.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  Prevention of Crime and Disorder

        CCTV is in operation on the premises

        The CCTV images shall be stored unedited for a minimum of 31 days

        The shop is a member of Carlisle Pubwatch Scheme

   

  Public Safety

        We will operate a CCTV system as described above

        A fire warning system is installed throughout the building which will be used to alert staff and customers in the premises if a fire is discovered.

        Fire extinguishers are located around the shop

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

        Any person acting in a disorderly manner will be refused service and asked to leave the premises.

        The sale of alcohol will be soley for consumption off the premises

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

        An age restriction policy "Challenge 25" is enforced for any person purchasing, or attempting to purchase alcohol products.  If the customer cannot poroduce any photgraphic identificateion that is Government issued or that contains a PASS hologram, the sale will be refused.
