Annex 1 - Mandatory Conditions

Public Entertainment

The Standard Conditions for Places of Public Entertainment adopted by this Council in 2002 are applicable to this licence and are attached.

The accommodation limit of the premises, including public, staff and performers shall not exceed:
Main Hall - 420 persons closely seated audiences and 210 persons dancing/cabaret using tables/chairs.
Green Room - 100 persons closely seated audiences and 50 persons dancing/cabaret.
Gelt Room - 200 persons cosely seated audiences and 100 persons dancing/cabaret.

Theatre Licence
The Standard Conditions for a Theatre Licence adopted by this Council are applicable to this licence and are attached. Additional Conditions A, FX, GO, K, S, SX and T apply.

The total number of persons allowed in the premises including members of the public, staff and performers shall not exceed 420 persons.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with Operating Schedule

Prevention of Crime and Disorder
Premises are secured with a door entry system.
Committee members ensure that once a film has started the door is locked and access can only be gained by authorised personnel,

Public Safety
All fire, Health and Safety and risk assessments are in place and checks are done on all exits and extinguishers before the film is shown.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Care will be taken that noise is kept to a minimum when leaving the building and when the film is being played the sound is kept to a reasonable level

The Protection of Children from Harm
Children will not have access to any film that is not rated for their age range.
