ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
This is a variation that does not represent a fundamental change in the way these premises have already been trading under its existing Licence and conditions.
We have carefully considered the risk and benefits associated with the additional hours applied for and the removal of the wholesale condition and have not identified any further steps required in relatin to the four licensing objectives.
Public safety
We shall continue to comply with the provisions of the existing Health & Safety and Fire Authority legislation as it affects these premises.
