ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
I look carefully at the guidance and requirements for premises licence of takeaways late night refreshment's conditions in order to meet them.
1. Install and check the equipment, important notices/signs that are required by the four licensing objectives.
2. Set up a new policy/rules and give notice and training to all the members of staff including part-time and full time.
3. Will seek advice from the responsible authorities regarding the licensing objectives.
The prevention of crime and disorder
We have fire fighting equipment such as fire extinguishers, wall brackets, first aid kit throughout the shop at suitable locations. And all members of staff will be familiar and trained with the operation of the fire fighting equipment.
All exit doors from the shop which shall be capable of being opened by any person without the use of a key and be kept free from all fastening devices when the shop is open to the public.
Public safety
A CCTV camera equipment is fitted and shall be used to record during all opening hours in the premise and it is maintained in good working order.
Drunk persons or in possession of a drink in a sealed or unsealed container shall not be allowed to enter the premise. (No alcohol allowed in the shop).
Trading hours shall be displayed at the entrance to the premise, a sign which is clearly visible to members of the public visiting the premise.
The prevention of public nuisance
We try to keep the front main entrance door closed in order to keep the noise level from the premise as low as possible.
We also turn on the extractor fan when cooking and frying food in order to not create such smells to be vented or a nuisance to nearby premises.
We shall provide sufficient waste bins to enable the disposal of waste food, food containers, wrappings. We also shall clear waste food, food containers, wrappings etc at the end of trading on each day.
The protection of children from harm
No person under the age of 12 years unless they are accompanied by a person over 18 years shall be permitted on the premise at any time between 2200 hours to midnight when the shop closes.
