ANNEX 1 - MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there provided that this condition shall not prevent off-sale.
This is a variation application that does not represent a fundamental change in the way these premises have already been trading.
Public safety
It is my opinion that the nature of the operation and the proposed variation will not lead to any increase in the risk of public safety. I already understand my obligations under the existing Fire and Health and Safety legislation and will continue to comply with reasonable requirements of the Fire Authority.
