• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

  I will comply with all the requirements of the police, fire and health officials.

   

  The prevention of crime and disorder

  The named premises has CCTV and myself and my staff will co-operate with the police.

   

  Public safety

  Staff are experienced when working with gas and electricity and these points are regularly inspected. 

  The exits from the shop are always kept clear and my staff will co-operate with Council officials.

   

  The prevention of public nuisance

  All waste will be properly stacked as refuse is collected daily.

  All customers will be required to leave quietly and requested to conduct themselves in the  correct manner.

   

  The protection of children from harm

  No children will be allowed in the premises aged under 16 after midnight unless accompanied by an adult.

  Nobody under the age of 16 will be allowed to gamble on the fruit machines.
