ANNEX 2 CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
All possible steps will be taken to ensure any entertainment held on the premises is well organised and sufficient staff or volunteers are present.
At least one member of senior management will be present at all entertainment and site staff will be on hand for the duration of the event.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
All members of staff and school volunteers shall ensure that all lawful instructions and or directions given by the police shall be complied with and anyone on site without permission will be asked to leave.
Public Safety
A member of senior management shall be on site and in charge of the premises at all times when any licensable activity is being provided and shall be nominated to take control in the event of fire, fire alarm, emergency or event which may affect the safety of persons attending the premises.
Fire fighting equipment shall be provided throughout the premises at suitable locations and be appropriate to the risk to comply with BS 5306. All equipment shall be tested regularly.
Occupancy Figures: Refectory 120 persons
Basement/Drama Rooms/Sixth Form 60 persons
Ground Floor/New Hall 150 persons
First Floor/Music Department 60 persons
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
All possible steps will be taken to reduce the level of noise coming from the premises when they are being used for regulated entertainment so it does not cause a disturbance to local residents.
There is provided at the premises containers for storage and disposal of waste foods and refuse and arrangements have been made for the regular lawful disposal of their contents.
The Protection of Children from Harm
All possible steps will be taken to protect children attending regulated entertainment on site and any entertainment held where the children are unaccompanied will be suitably staffed.
All regulated entertainment will be assessed to ensure its suitability for children.
