ANNEX 1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
The Prevention of Crime and Dissorder
Alcohol will only be sold with a meal in a friendly and family orientated restaurant
Public Safety
Easy access to fire escapes.
Well lit areas, gangways, doors and exits.
The prevention of Public Nuisance
Will adhere where relevant to the conditions set out in the Guidance Document
The Protection of Children from Harm
Children will be under supervision at all times by their parents/guardians and will not be served alcohol at any time.
