        The premises are the community centre for the Raffles Estate and run by a committee.

   

  The prevention of crime and disorder

        Any incidents of crime at the community centre will be immediately reported to the police and assistance will be given.

   

  Public safety

        All fire and health and safety regulations will be followed.

   

  The prevention of public nuisance

        When musical entertainment is allowed on the premises steps will be taken to reduce noise levels to prevent disturbance - e.g. keeping doors and windows closed.

        Any outdoor event will finish before 9pm.

   

  The protection of children from harm

         All children aged under 16 will be accompanied by an adult at all times.
