ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Prevention of Crime and Disorder
All crimes committed within the premises will be reported to the police.
We will employ door staff on Friday and Saturday nights and any event during the week when we anticipate them being required.
Public Safety
We will comply with our obligations under the existing Fire, Health and Safety Legislation.
All fire fighting and fire detection equipment will be regularly serviced and maintained and we will continue to comply with the requirements of the Fire Authority.
The maximum number of persons permitted on the premises is 320 (including staff).
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Reasonable steps will be taken to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly.
The Licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is unlikely to cause disturbance to local residents.
All doors and windows to be kept closed during regulated entertainment.
The Protection of Children from Harm
We will operate a 'Challenge 21' policy in respect of the sale and supply of alcohol.
We will admit people from the age of 14 years into the venue for live entertainment to which we deem suitable for minors. However, we will not allow 14/15 year olds into the venue unless in the company of a responsible adult.
Where a licensable activity is taking place, no person under the age of 18 years will be permitted to be in the premises after midnight.
