ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
This is a variation application that does not represent a fundemental change in the way in which these premises have already been trading under its existing licence.
We wish to extend the terminal hour in order to provide customers wit greater change and flexibility.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
All crimes committed within the premises will be reported to the police.
Door supervisors are employed and will monitor all entrants as per policy adopted by the management.
Public Safety
We already understand our obligations under the existing Fire, Health and Safety Legislation.
All fire fighting and fire detection equipment is regularily serviced and we will continue to comply with the requirements of the Fire Authority.
The maximum number of persons allowed in the premises with furniture removed is 315 (including staff).
A smoke detector which is connected to the fire alarm, will be added to each of the 3 disused top floor rooms along with 2 smoke detectors in the attic space above the main hall.
Two PIR lights will be installed in the side lane in order to illuminate the egress along the lane.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
Reasonable steps will be taken to encourage customers to leave the premises quietly.
The Licence holder or his representative shall conduct regular assessments of the noise coming from the premises and shall take steps to reduce the level of noise where it is unlikely to cause disturbance to local residents.
All doors and windows to be kept closed during regulated entertainment.
The Protection of Children from Harm
We will operate a 'Challenge 21' policy to admissions.
