Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions
Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol
(1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -
(a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or
(b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.
(2) The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
Where a premises licence includes a condition that one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, they must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.
Annex 2 - Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
General
The premises is a community centre used by residents from the Currock area of Carlisle.
The prevention of crime and disorder
All crime related incidents will be reported to the police and assistance given to the police.
Public safety
Accomodation limits of, 200 persons for closely seated audiences, 120 persons for using tables and chairs in main hall.
The prevention of public nuisance
All doors and windows in the premises will be closed when regulated entertainment is taking place. This will reduce noise level.
The protection of children from harm
All children under 18 years attending functions after 10 pm must be accompanied by an adult.
