ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
The intention is to run the premises in accordance with the licensing objectives and will be run accordingly under the Licensing Act 2003.
The prevention of crime and disorder
There shall be in place for the premises a written admissions policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18yrs.
Any crimes committed within the premises will be reported to the police and full assistance will be provided by staff.
There will be a zero tolerance policy towards drugs.
Public safety
An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment will be kept and maintained in the premises.
Any spillages will be immediately cleaned preventing risks of accident.
Fire exits will be kept clear at all times.
The prevention of public nuisance
All external doors and windows shall be kept closed when regulated entertainment is provided.
Refuse such as bottles shall be disposed of from the premises at a suitable time.
No nuisance shall be caused by noise coming from the premises or by vibration transmitted through the structure of the premises.
The protection of children from harm
The premises promotes a family friendly atmosphere and will have regard to the admission of children as per the Licensing Act 2003.
