  Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Any individual employed on the premises to carry out a security activity must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

   

• ANNEX 2 - Conditions consistent with operating Schedule

   

  Prevention of crime and disorder

  CCTV is installed within the premises and will be maintained to the standard required by Cumbria Constabulary.

   

  Public Safety

  Health and safety standards will be maintained as required by National standards.

  Fire safety equipment and risk assessment will be maintained to the standard required by Cumbria Fire and Rescue service.

   

  Prevention of Public Nuisance

  Regulated Entertaiment will cease no later than 0030hrs.

  Live entertainment will be limited to no more than two performers.

  The noise level from the premises whilst being used for entertainment purposes, shall not cause nuisance to noise sensitive properties in the area.

   

  Protection of Children from Harm

  Any person under the age of 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult when entering the premises.

  Any person 16yrs and under will only be allowed on the premises until 8pm and must be accompanied by an adult.
