  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Where a premises licence includes a condition that one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, they must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

   

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

   

  Prevention of crime and disorder

   

  All crimes found within the premises will be reported to the police.  Constant liaison will continue with the police.

  All doors are shuttered for overnight security.

   

  Public safety

   

  A safe occupancy figure will be set at 170 persons.

  Fire alarm and emergency lighting in use.

  Any spillages will be immediately cleaned.

  Persons using the premises are trained in Health/Safety.

   

  Prevention of public nuisance

   

  All persons using premises will be required to respect our neighbours when leaving in relation to noise.

  When regulated entertainment takes place all windows and doors will be closed except in emergency.

   

  Protection of children from harm

   

  Playgroups using the premises are controlled by qualified staff.
