• ANNEX 2  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

  The premises are the annex to the Raffles Community Centre, for the Raffles estate and run by a committee.

   

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

  Any incidents of crime at the annex will be immediately reported to the police and assistance will be given.

   

  Public Safety

  All Fire and Health and Safety Regulations will be followed.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

  When musical entertainment is allowed on the premises steps will be taken to reduce noise levelssuch as keeping doors and windows closed.

   

  Any outdoor Regulated Entertainment will finish no later than 9pm.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

  All children under 16yrs will be accompanied by an adult at all times.
