  Licensing Act 2003 Mandatory Conditions

   

  Mandatory conditions where licence authorises the supply of alcohol

   

  (1)              No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence -

   

  (a)              at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or

  (b)              at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

   

  (2)              The supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

   

   

  Mandatory condition where Door Supervisors are provided

   

  Where a premises licence includes a condition that one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, they must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority

• ANNEX 2 - CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

   

  General

   

  We will be following the law regarding alcohol selling rules and regulations and will make sure that no alcohol will be sold to under age children.  We will do everything asked by local authorities and police to prevent crime.

   

  The prevention of crime and disorder

   

  CCTV cameras will be in operation covering entrance, exit and main body of store and the images will be maintained and kept for 28 days.

  Two members of staff will be deployed in premises from 17.00 untill closing time.

   

  Public safety

   

  Health and safety checked by Health & Safety officers.

  Adequate training for staff regarding fire safety.

  Fire fighting equipment to be kept and maintained.

   

  The prevention of public nuisance

   

  CCTV cameras will be in operation and staff will give all reasonable assistance when required to by police.

   

  The protection of children from harm

   

  Access to pushchairs will be provided.

  All the shop items will br properly secure on the approved shelves.

  We will operate 'Challenge 21' with regard to sale of alcohol.
